Account information
Information: Email address, real name, password (stored only as a salted hash).
Purpose: Registration, sign-in, account identification and recovery.
Scenario: Provided by you at registration and sign-in.
Professional profile
Information: Profile photo (with its face-verification result), work experiences, education history, timeline posts (including images/videos you upload), skills, city-level location.
Purpose: Building your professional page, the network graph, and similar-people recommendations.
Scenario: Entered or uploaded by you when editing your profile.
Location information
Information: City-level location (inferred from your network address, or from positioning you have authorized). Precise location is collected only while you actively start a real-time location share or a nearby check-in; it stops when the share ends and is not stored long-term.
Purpose: Profile display and the sharing features you initiate.
Scenario: On app use (city-level); only during shares/check-ins you start (precise).
Social and communication data
Information: Your connections, chat messages and attachments, and the connection signaling of voice/video calls (call media itself travels peer-to-peer and is not stored by the server).
Purpose: Providing chat, calls, and networking features.
Scenario: Generated as you use those features.
Device information
Information: Device model, OS version, app version, push registration identifiers, IP address.
Purpose: Message push delivery, signed-in device management, security.
Scenario: Collected automatically at sign-in and push registration.
Usage records
Information: Feature-usage statistics and error logs.
Purpose: Product improvement and troubleshooting.
Scenario: Generated as you use the app.
